Items are tagged and located electronically during the inbound process. During outbound picking, our teams manage orders via handheld scanning devices to ensure pick accuracy.
Custom Inventory Management Methods
Whether your inventory features 2 SKUs or 2,000 SKUs, our system supports a broad spectrum of data points. The talented team from our inventory management company will work with you to understand and build out a comprehensive item master to ensure we capture the data points that are meaningful to your operation. We can also adjust inventory management methods that make sense to your product flow. Our system supports First In/First Out (FIFO), First Expired First Out (FEFO), and Last In First Out (LIFO) control methods.

Planes offers full visibility to your inventory via LINK™, our online platform. During implementation, we will discuss your needs, review options for platform views and reporting, and select the tools that make the most sense to you and your team. We can also provide ongoing inventory life cycle views, as well as par level alerts to assist in the procurement process.
