Planes is a great company to work for. I've been in this industry for 25 years, worked for a couple agents and feel strongly Planes is one of the best. I get more support here than I did at my last company, (the last few years there). This is not an easy industry, especially in the summer season, it can be very stressful. From the day I started at Planes I felt the support and help from management down to everyone of my Team members, in every department. Planes is a great TEAM!!

I just started working here in January and I definitely love it already. When I got hired I was 8 months pregnant! They were all about me taking as much time off to be with my child as I needed. When I came back everyone was so friendly to me, it was like I didn’t even leave for 2 months. When I need time off for doctor or anything they don’t even hesitate, I always hear- family first! I definitely learn something every day and grow each day. I can see myself retiring from here and advancing my career with Planes. Great staff and great place to work overall!

I have been with Planes for over 30 years. I started out in billing and throughout my career with Planes I have been in almost every segment of the business, all the way to become a manager. Planes has grown throughout my 30 years but has always maintained its family feel. This is the biggest thing I have appreciated the most besides the ability to advance. I worked for Planes for over 2.5 years before accepting an offer I couldn’t refuse from an industry competitor. I worked for that competitor for 3 years in a leadership position and despite the dramatic increase in compensation and responsibilities; I came back to work for Planes in 2019 and have been there since.
The corporate culture coming directly from leadership, the quality of customers, the variety of projects, the opportunity to continue to grow professionally, while still feeling actually supported personally, the work-life balance all have proven to be well worth it in making Planes the right choice for me. It is hard work and it isn’t always glamorous. Both Local and National projects can be stressful, very time sensitive, and challenging, but they can also provide immediate reward and legitimate feelings of accomplishment. I truly believe that this company cares about their employees and they understand that if they want the best results, they need to position their people to be at their best.
