He clearly had control of the project: he knew the timelines, was very organized, and helped us make adjustments. For example, he advised us on how to set up our space so that we would be compliant with fire codes and wheelchair accessible. All supplies were brought a week ahead of time so that we could stage everything appropriately and begin the move quickly. Planes’ experience was very evident in our entire move.”
