Consult
Our goal is to make your move as painless as possible. We start the moving process with a free consultation and walkthrough. This lets us determine what services you'll require, identify any special needs, and establish a schedule.
Pre-Move
You are assigned a project manager from our reputable office moving company. This team member will work with you throughout the move process. Together, you will ensure the transition to your new location is seamless. Once you and your staff know what to expect, it will be time to schedule all the resources needed for the big move.
Move
Our team arrives and starts the office move management process. Your project manager is onsite and makes sure everything goes smoothly. Our crew members ensure everything arrives in the same condition it left. We also protect your old space from moving damage, helping you avoid fines. Post-move, our team removes the packing material, building protection, and any debris. We double check everything is unpacked and complete punch list items. Once the space is ready, your Project Manager sends a wrap-up communication.

Yes. We understand that you want the move to have minimal impact on your business. We can perform relocations after-hours, either evenings or weekends, depending on your scheduling needs.
Yes. We have a team of experienced in-house furniture installation technicians who can complete the disassembly and reassembly of all systems (modular) furniture.
Planes does not use any casual labor on jobs, and all crew members are Planes employees. All Planes team members are uniformed, trained, background-checked and drug-tested.
